My name is Susan Gillespie.
It has been my pleasure to have been involved with Yorkshire County Cricket Club
for some time now and , along with my husband actively support the club at both
matches and other functions too. I am therefore delighted to have been offered
the opportunity to form a Travel Partnership, together with ITC Sports, which will
enable us to bring to the members of Yorkshire a wide range of travel options in
many different fields, including tailor made holidays, sporting trips, short breaks
and cruises to mention but a few. By doing this we shall be able to offer members,
families and friends unique travel opportunities carrying with them special benefits
for both the traveller and the club too. The funds raised by the club will enable
them to further cricket opportunities across the county and the members will
receive exclusive offers and substantial discounts.
We also intend to organise special travel-related functions at Headingley from
time to time where members will be able to meet representatives from various
travel organisations, and cruise lines in particular, so we may fully show the
advantages that having such a Travel Club will bring to the whole
membership and Club too.
I look forward to meeting many Yorkshire members throughout the coming
months and keeping you fully informed about the activities of the Travel Club.
